The A/R Calculator is designed to work with aggregate, practice-level billing figures (such as total claims, denied claims, and average claim value). We do not require, request, or knowingly accept any patient-level protected health information (PHI), including patient names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, insurance member IDs, medical record numbers, diagnoses, or patient addresses.
When you use the calculator, we store the numeric values you enter and the results calculated from them. If you choose to request a full report, we additionally collect the contact information you provide: first name, last name, practice name, email, phone, specialty, state, practice website, and any optional message.
We may store standard technical metadata associated with your visit, including IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and marketing campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content), where present in the URL. This information is stored using our own first-party PHP/MySQL system and is not shared with third-party advertising networks.
Contact information submitted through the report request form is used to deliver the requested report and, where appropriate, to follow up regarding your practice's revenue cycle needs. Aggregate tool usage data may be used to understand how the tool is used and to improve it.
Data is stored in a dedicated database for this tool, protected using industry-standard practices including hashed administrator passwords, parameterized database queries, and restricted access to the administration panel.
If you choose to book a call, you will be directed to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy and terms.
You can use the calculator without submitting any contact information. Submitting the report form is optional at every step.
