The A/R Calculator ("the Tool") is provided by 4Arcs Medical Billing for general informational and educational purposes only. All calculations are estimates based solely on the values you enter.
Nothing produced by the Tool constitutes medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, an interpretation of any payer contract, or a guarantee of any reimbursement, recovery, or revenue outcome. Results should not be relied upon as a substitute for review by a qualified billing, coding, legal, financial, or compliance professional familiar with your practice's specific circumstances and payer agreements.
Any "estimated recovery opportunity," "estimated exposure," or similar figure is explicitly an estimate based on assumptions you provide (such as a recovery percentage). Actual recoverable amounts, denial outcomes, and reimbursement results depend on numerous factors outside the Tool's knowledge, including specific denial reasons, payer policies, appeal timelines, contract terms, and documentation quality.
The Tool calculates results based entirely on the information you provide. We do not independently verify the accuracy of any figures you enter, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete input data.
The Tool is not designed to accept, and you agree not to submit, any patient-level protected health information (PHI).
Booking a call uses Calendly, a third-party service. Use of Calendly is subject to Calendly's own terms of service and privacy policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Arcs Medical Billing disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on results produced by the Tool.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
